Providing meaningful daytime opportunities for adults with learning disabilities in a tranquil oasis
Based in a Victorian walled garden we support adults with learning disabilities in a range of activities - all aspects of gardening; arts & crafts, sewing, IT and basic skills classes. We also welcome other groups to the garden
Why the community needs usOur impact on the communityWe are not simply a place that people come to. We are a family where people belong. Our beneficiaries have improved confidence, increased independence and reduced loneliness.
We are a very small staff team, and would not be able to function without our marvellous volunteers. If you are able to provide general help (meeting and greeting visitors, selling produce, helping at events), or run classes (art & crafts, IT).
