‘Take on 250’ challenge… January 2023!
In association with the RNIB and Visionary
Every day, in the UK, around 250 people begin to lose their sight. Losing your sight can change your life as you know it, and we want to help people with sight loss to live their life to the full.

Every day, in the UK, around 250 people begin to lose their sight. Losing your sight can change your life as you know it, and we want to help people with sight loss to live their life to the full.
This January, would you sponsor somebody taking on a challenge to support ECES?
Or maybe you'd like to join us in taking part in sponsored fun activities to help smash the barriers faced by people with sight loss? Here are some ideas to get you started:
· Bake 250 cupcakes
· Run or walk 250 laps of your local park
· Do 250 minutes of yoga
· Cycle 250 miles
· Knit 250 items
· Swim 250 laps of your local swimming pool
