We understand that every bereaved child, young person or family is individual and there is no right or wrong way to feel when someone close to you dies.

Families in Grief (FiG) is a childhood bereavement charity that supports the family as a whole.  As a charity, the service we provide to bereaved families across the North Devon and Torridge area is completely free of charge.

It means we rely wholly on grants, donations and fundraising from our wonderful supporters. Your help means we can continue to provide guidance and support to concerned parents over the phone and run support groups for children and young people so they can connect with others in the same situation. We also work closely with schools and other professionals so they too know how to deal with a death in their community.

Help us to be there!

By fundraising and donating to Families in Grief, you will be helping to break down the sense of isolation felt by so many who have been bereaved. Please help us to be there for the families who need us.

Want to know more about Families in Grief and what we do? Please visit our website at www.familiesingrief.org. While you're there, take a look too at our free, downloadable resources as well as our Fundraising Pack - full of great practical ideas and tips.
