Our goal is to: create a community that is vibrant and bustling; where everyone feels included and able to participate; where people take responsibility and respect each other and their environment; where residents groups are encouraged to form; and where people have pride in, and ownership of, where they live. We intend to create strong and resilient neighbourhoods where community spirit soars. We run the local community centre, hosting a wide range of activities, events & projects.

We bring people together to create a sense of belonging with the community: reducing isolation and fear amongst the elderly; providing opportunities and role models for the young; reducing the generation gap; enhancing trust amongst neighbours to create a strong support network; improving the local environment and encouraging action on the climate & ecological emergency; providing recreational activities for all ages, abilities and backgrounds all at low cost but many for free; developing community spaces and ownership.
