To assist clients in the Forest of Dean area with problems that affect their lifes giving a voice to raise issues that are unfair or discriminatory.

Our volunteers come from our local community, we give advice across 5 locations in the Forest of Dean. We help the local authority to save money by preventing homelessness and assist clients to make affordable repayments on council tax arrears. We give advice, training and add to social economic value. We are partners with 40 commun

last year we say over 3,000 clients assisting with 11,000 enquiries, we identified £1,116,000 in benefit entitlement for clients and assisted with over £2,000,000 worth of debt.
