Free 2 Talk CIC provide support for parents, families, children and young people. We improve access to support for the most vulnerable people. We actively involve service users in shaping our provision. Currently our main activities include: Government recommended parenting programmes, self awareness for young people, intensive individual support, counselling and brief focal therapy and youth work in disadvantaged communities. We specialise in innovative approaches to end domestic violence.
Why the community needs us
Free 2 Talk provide programmes that benefit whole deprived communities. For children and young people we have regular informal education groups in Northampton East which develop their sense of belonging and pride in their community. Very vulnerable families benefit from intensive, mindful and effective family and parenting support. The community benefits from our success in reducing family violence, improving personal and social skills and enabling people to care about their community.
Our impact on the community

People have learnt to respect and care for their relationships.Young people have voiced things that worry them and how their support can be improved. Young people have reduced their anti social behaviour. Children feel increased confidence and self esteem. Children feel able to ask for help with school and home.
