Fresh Start provide services to enable the resettlement process for people who have experienced homelessness. Fresh Start creates, develops and provides services which support the resettlement of people who have been homeless. Fresh Start provides a range of services which offer our clients practical and emotional support.

Every year 4,000 families or individuals in the City lose their homes and face the nightmare of homelessness. Many of them are vulnerable, isolated and in need of support on many different levels. Once they are housed, it is vital they can get the right support they need to keep and maintain their tenancy. To help this, Fresh Start's work is focussed on three distinct areas of work. - Provision of goods - Practical & social support - Training & employability via social enterprises

9,000 packs were distributed to over 2,000 households. Clients benefit from learning new skills and an improved environment. Annually 120 vulnerable clients received support to decorate their homes. 37 volunteers contributed 3,765 hours to the service. Four paid posts are created through our social enterprise every year.
