Empowering young people under 25 through mentoring, skills development and training.

We are passionate, intentional and inspired! A team of people transforming the lives of young people from minority ethnic communities, changing their narrative and ensuring they become economically viable.

Through our mentoring and empowerment sessions, we help young people (our young clients) to get the experience, exposure and knowledge they need to achieve their aspirations and to progress as role models and in leadership roles at work, in business and in society. We use the real-life experiences of people to inspire and motivate our young people. We believe in the potential of each young person, they are the future. In a supportive environment, they can soar and do something great in this life.

Our work is delivered in partnership with businesses, community groups, local authorities and schools.

• Fundraising Co-ordinator - Working with the Fresh Youth MK Business Development Manager to develop and deliver a community fundraising strategy. • Social Media & Publicity Co-ordinator - Collaborate with the team to create social media content and develop a content calendar with social media postings on a weekly basis. Monitor analytics with the rest of the team to identify viable ideas, trends, and growth patterns. • Youth Mentoring Activity Assistant - Provides administrative support to the Youth Mentoring Programme as directed by the Business Development manager. Assists in the administrative work of various areas of the Youth programme, record keeping, data tracking, and reporting.
