We set up in 2015 to work together to make the park a better place for the benefit of the community and visitors to the area. We hope through our activity we will continue to see improvements in our beautiful park. The group has gone from strength to strength making a difference. All our work is based on consultation with the people who visit the park, local schools and businesses. We aim to include everyone in the improvements we make and ensure consideration is given to all opinions.

We have spent the last few years making some significant improvements to the park and we have done this on a fully voluntary basis. All our members are residents of Aberdare and work tirelessly to do all we can to make things better for now and the future. We will be publishing quarterly newsletters to provide the community with updates on what we are doing and the progress we are making to various projects we are undertaking. Anyone can be a member of the group.

The group have a variety of projects that have been completed, are underway and are in the planning stages. You can see on our social media more information on our projects to date and those that we are working on. We always need more help. Many of our members work full time, part time and are retired residents. Some people give their skills, some their time and some have given up a great deal more to make the park better for us all. We are forever grateful for any support we receive.
