From the creation of three Tiny Forests and several new hedgerows, the mowing of the five fields to encourage growth of wild flowers which were mostly absent because they simply could not compete with the grass and weeds, the erecting of bird boxes, the improvement of the footpaths, the commitment of a group of over forty regular volunteers and of children from Widcombe Infants and Junior schools - the activities we’ve created have earned us smiles and appreciation from all those who wander through Our Wild Hilltop Paradise.
