To provide 24/7 initial community response to a life threatening medical event threatening emergencies whilst the ambulance is on the way. To install and maintain public access defibrillators around Garelochhead and the Rosneath Peninsula. To train members of the public in Emergency Life Support ( under the auspices of the British Heart Foundation Heart Start project.

We have attended over 400 emergency ambulance call in the last 3 years( many of which are potentially life saving), installed 5 public access defibrillators, trained over 200 public in emergency life support.
