The Gratton Trust
We are a local charity passionate about our green space and our community. Our vision is to improve The Gratton's facilities whilst retaining its beautiful riverside setting. We continue to refurbish and develop the Gratton for sports and recreation activities for all ages. We bring the community together through an annual programme of events and encouraging others to extend the use of The Gratton and pavilion.
Why the community needs us
The Gratton is the heart of parish life and by providing a range of events and activities for all ages, the Trust plays a fundamental part in bringing the community together. Recreation of all kinds - sports, walking, play is essential to children and adults alike. We are passionate about championing the protection of our sports fields and beautiful riverside walk which contributes to the health and wellbeing of parishioners.
Our impact on the community
Events run by The Gratton Trust brings people together from the community in a positive way enhancing community spirit. Events are also a great opportunity for volunteers to practice their skills and meet other like minded people. The area is well maintained by the Trust providing sports and recreational facilities and a beautiful green open space for all to enjoy.
