Green Corridor's primary aim is to reduce social exclusion and improve the employment and education opportunities for hard to reach young people in some of the poorest areas of West London. We unlock the young people's potential through the landbased programmes we offer, enabling them to develop the confidence, ability, technical and life skills which help to support themselves, their families and their communities.

Green Corridors works closely with local communities developing strong relationships across a broad spectrum of community and voluntary organisations. We help to improve local green spaces and parks, not only making physical improvements but allowing the community to feel part of these improvements and better able to enjoy their surroundings as a result.

The key to Green Corridors successful programmes and high level of outcomes are due to our 1 - 1 approach with every young person we support. Behind every programme is an effective individual learner management strategy. Our outcomes for the young people are: 96% achieve a qualification, 34% go into further training, 41% move into employment, 22% move into full time education, 87% increase their knowledge & understanding, 65% report improvement in health and well-being and a 93% retention rate.
