Hamoaze House has been established within the community of Devonport and Mount Wise since 2001. This is the only provision citywide in Plymouth who provides bespoked individualised care plans, co-produced within the individual client and staff member. We are open Monday to Friday 9 - 5 pm and the Night Shelter provision for rough sleepers is open 7 nights a week. This provision provides a safe shelter from those vulnerable and at risk whilst sleeping on the streets. The day support services provide a safe, warm, structured, friendly, authentic environment with a particular focus on relationships between staff and those using services reducing the imbalance of power and therefore creating an milieu where people are able to come to gain structure, safety, routine and opportunities for sustainable change. "Everyone matters". Hamoaze has an open door policy and is commissioned by The Plymouth Alliance.
