We are a group of like minded residents of Hanslope village, looking to reclaim and re-introduce heritage fruit trees in a non-cultivated corner of a local farmer's field.
We became a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) in September 2022 (reg charity no: 1200266) and planted 39 heritage fruit trees in Feb 2023.
Our long-term aim is for the orchard to be a recreational, inclusive space for all village residents; harvesting fruits, providing engagement, volunteering and educational opportunities.
