The Core aim of the group is to support the most disadvantaged people and work towards addressing their needs through riding. These needs can be physical or learning related. The activities associated with riding and horses provide fun and social interaction, not only for our riders but for their families and carers, and for those who volunteer to help.

A purpose-built facility which will be our permanent base and from which we will deliver all our activities and house the RDA horses. The facilities will include Indoor and Outdoor Riding Arenas, an Education Room, a Sensory Garden and a Hacking Track.

To build a Forever Home for Stranraer Happy Hooves where the Local Disabled Community have a safe place they can come to ride.
