Heads Up are continuing to work tirelessly to support the mental health and wellbeing of the local community through empowerment, support and hope. We do this through activity-based learning and development workshops at our centre, as well as outreach work within the local area.

Dementia services, carer support, sessions offering therapeutic activities such as pottery and woodwork, and one to one outreach are some of the services we offer to support a persons mental wellbeing. We also provide community learning courses to support the wider community. We also value the importance of raising awareness about mental health and ending stigma, therefore, we also provide workplace Mental Health First Aid training.
