Raising mental health awareness, offering support, training, and mentoring children and adults.

Hi, my name is Liz and together with my sister Kate we have created the Heads2minds charity in order to raise mental health awareness and offer support. The main website is a place where we share our story and create a space for others to do the same. This helps to reduce the stigma that is still very much attached to mental health disorders. Our charity also offers Mental Health and Well-being Training, mentoring for children and adults and alternative support & therapies.

Please feel free to come visit the website and take a look around. Our main aim is to make a difference in this world and create a world full of hope and positive minds!

For more details, I also give an honest account of my life in my autobiography called: Life as a Rollercoaster. My hope is that it will help educate people in regards to mental health and wellbeing. Volunteers needed

We are looking for people to help our charity in a range of roles: administration, event management, financial, and fundraising. Ideally, candidates have good communication skills, are well organised, pay attention to detail, are positive and proactive. They also need experience with Microsoft Office, and be happy using social media. Researchers are also welcome!
