Hi, my name is Liz and together with my sister Kate we have created the Heads2minds charity in order to raise mental health awareness and offer support. The main website is a place where we share our story and create a space for others to do the same. This helps to reduce the stigma that is still very much attached to mental health disorders. Our charity also offers Mental Health and Well-being Training, mentoring for children and adults and alternative support & therapies.

For more details, I also give an honest account of my life in my autobiography called: Life as a Rollercoaster. My hope is that it will help educate people in regards to mental health and wellbeing.
