HMH Is a voluntary organisation that gives people from the North East or Cumbria who have or are recovering from cancer a weeks holiday with the family or carer in South West Scotland or North East Northumberland. The organisation is very aware how important it is that people with cancer have time away from Hospitals & Treatments. Time to be with family and friends to relax, rejuvenate and have some fun making great new memories.

It is really important for people to have time away whether having treatment for cancer/ recovering from cancer. A week away from hospital appointments & treatments. Time with family and friends to relax, rejuvenate, have some fun & make some great memories. Money can be very tight due to low income/being on benefits when people have cancer. In addition, insurance is often not easy for travel abroad with certain cancers. Key benefits - Time to relax with family .. Help if money is tight.
