ACES provide day care support services to older people in Northamptonshire. We aim to promote health, well-being, independence, and power of choice for older people. Our organisation works towards combatting social exclusion, isolation, and loneliness. By providing a range of services and activities which promote and encourage active community involvement, we are helping individuals to remain living independently in their own homes for longer.

Our varied activities programme support and encourage social interaction enabling individuals to establish new friendships and maintain old ones. We provide a transport service which ensures older people can have access to the outside world, encouraging independence and promoting active and enagaged citizens who feel valued. We also provide a freshly cooked nutritious lunch to ensure a healthy lifestyle. Here at ACES we aim to bring life to years, not years to life!

We receive regular feedback from family members and carers stating that those who attend here seem like a different person and hold a new zest for life and what a positive impact our service is making. This is a direct result of regular socialisation and our approach to delivering services and activities in a respectful manner. We promote laughter, independence and healthy lifestyles and we encourage community engaged leading to happier, healthier, and more active older people in the community.
