IROKO Theatre Company, advances the education of members of the public in a variety of topics including health, education and heritage. Our projects incorporate oral storytelling, drama, music, dance and visual arts. Our work and collaborations with institutions like Hospitals, Primary Care Trusts, Resource Centres for Older People and schools indicates our ability to use our inspirational methods to motivate, inspire and improve people's lives and wellbeing.

IROKO Theatre Company has made a massive impact on local communities. Working in schools, community centres and other voluntary organisations, we aim to improve the health and wellbeing of all our users from varied backgrounds and abilities, using traditional African art forms such as group music-making, reminiscence storytelling, arts and crafts, etc.
