To provide or assist in the provision of Italian social, cultural, religious and arts activities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such activities, which will assist in creating opportunities for networking as well as the development of a community belonging. To provide information to facilitate access to services in the local areal such as: Schools, Health, Employments and to connect elderly Italians/Italian speaking people to overcome loneliness.

A positive response to previous events organised by the Italian British Association (e.g. Italian cinema night with the film director, Italian masses, pasta making afternoon involving the elderlies ladies of the Italian community teaching children and tasting of wine & italian products) and a demands by local parents/elderly as well as British people interested in the Italian culture & traditions, showed us that there is a need for social activities to engage local italians & British community.

We received very positive feedback from previous events; as people get to know the existence of our association and our activities we receive direct enquires from Italians seeking for help, advice and to be connected to other italians leaving in the area.
