KCIL provides support services for disabled people, giving them choice and control to live their lives the way they want to. As a user-led organisation, disabled people make up the majority of our staff team, volunteers, membership and Trustee Board.

We support disabled people to achieve their aspirations. We also campaign for disabled people to have full social inclusion and as a result enrich the communities in which they live.

With our support disabled people can retain their independence and have access to the services and opportunities readily available to non-disabled people.
