BCHA runs the LATCH Project, (Living Amicably in Caring Homes) which finds accommodation for homeless young people in the London Borough of Bromley, aged 16-25, by using spare rooms in ordinary households. The staff carry out risk and needs assessments and draw up Individual Support Plans as part of their aim to assist their clients in finding employment, entering further education, acquiring life skills and finally, moving on into permanent independent accommodation.
