Leafield resident Nick Birtley, a member of our gym founders' committee is leading our grand opening donation drive. All sponsorship proceeds will benefit the gym! We've been working since February of 2013 to establish a gym facility in Leafield… and we're nearly there! In the last six months we've raised about £15,000 to renovate and equip the Pavilion, the former football changing rooms next to the Village Hall. The gym occupies about half the building. Help us finish it up!

ACCESSIBLE-CONVENIENT-AFFORDABLE...Leafield Community Gym subscriptions are open to everyone over the age of 14, in easy walking distance from anywhere in the village, and significantly less expensive than any comparable facility in the area. It will be unstaffed but secure, and open for extended hours each day. Nonresidents of the village are also welcome to join. Get Healthy, save time and money- use the Leafield Community Gym! It's run by the community, for community benefit.

The Leafield Community Gym complements and extends the existing range of organised health and fitness activities/classes offered in the village.
