About Live Like Ralph CIC
Live Like Ralph is a volunteer-led Community Interest Company created in memory of Ralph Bayntun-Roberts — a skateboarder, artist, designer and creative thinker whose energy, kindness and love for community continue to inspire everything we do.
Ralph believed in showing up fully, supporting others, and using creativity and movement as a way to connect. Live Like Ralph exists to carry that spirit forward by creating opportunities for young people who may not otherwise have access to them.
Through the support of our community, we’ve raised thousands of pounds to fund grants, projects and experiences that help young people build confidence, skills and connection. We focus on grassroots impact — supporting ideas at the point they matter most.
Our work is guided by five core pillars:
Skateboarding – funding coaching, equipment and inclusive sessions that create safe, welcoming spaces for young people to grow.
Cycling – bringing people together through community rides and challenges that raise funds and build resilience.
Art & Fashion – supporting young creatives with tools, materials and opportunities to develop their ideas.
Music – helping emerging musicians access instruments, recording, rehearsal and performance opportunities.
Charity & Community Causes – supporting aligned charities and community projects, including Sarcoidosis UK, in honour of Ralph’s life and legacy.
Every grant we award and every project we support is chosen because it creates real opportunity — from studio time for a young musician, to free skate sessions in underserved areas, to creative resources that unlock potential.
Live Like Ralph is powered entirely by volunteers and community support. Every donation helps turn passion into possibility, and ensures Ralph’s legacy continues to create positive, lasting impact for young people across the UK.
