The Lluest Horse and Pony Trust founded in 1985 is an equine welfare charity in S.W.Wales. During its time the Trust has rescued, rehabilitated and found new approved Guardian homes for 100's of horses and ponies having up to 30 residents cared for on the farm at any one time.

Lluest meaning haven in Welsh, was founded by the remarkable late Ginny Hajdukiewicz who sadly passed away at the young age of 38 leaving the trust as her legacy. Nestling against the Black Mountain in the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside, the Trust is entirely dependant upon voluntary donations and fund raising activities. Anybody who gives to this charity can be assured that every penny possible goes towards the care of our horses and ponies. Our aim is to always restore our animals to full health, and through our Guardianship scheme, find them a loving purposeful loan home where they can live out the rest of their life in safety.
