Our goal this year is to support as many charities as possible around the city with an award of up to £1,000 per charity. We are acutely aware of just how a smaller amount can greatly help a local charity and its volunteers to continue and improve their incredible work throughout the city. Any charities wishing to be considered for the Lord Mayor's Appeal 2020/21 can contact our committee secretary Alison Barnes, Lord Mayors Treasurer, by emailing sweetcakessouthsea@hotmail.co.uk and giving details of your charity and how it supports the people of Portsmouth and how the award, if received, would be spent.
