Established in 1981 by local Loughborough estate tenants as a positive response to the frustrations and inequalities highlighted by the Brixton Riots. Over the last 40 years, LCC has provided a vital and much appreciated service for children, teens and adults and all those experiencing poverty, distress or ill health.
We want to celebrate this incredible outcome of the 80s of community-led regeneration
We proudly stepped up, delivering an award-winning emergency response project, to support the most vulnerable in our community, providing meals and activities for hungry children.
To help us extend our potential, we want to launch a Crowd Funding Campaign to create a resource that will benefit the community, and our children and families for years to come. Our dream is to create a lasting legacy from the vast garden space at the Max Roach Centre, to benefit people of all ages.
