To offer small grants of upto £250 to families of children with disabilities who have attended the Vale Federation of Special Schools in Buckinghamshire towards items or activities that are not funded through statutory services

Caring for a child with disabilities and ensuring they can achieve great things and enjoy life can cost a lot of money. Luke's Trust recognises that sometimes these families need to find a bit of extra money to fund items or activities that will make it possible for a young person with disabilities to get the most out of life.

By offering small grants of up to £250 to local families we hope we will give more families more opportunity to realise their full potential.
