Our prime objective is to help restore self-confidence, combat loneliness and social exclusion, give freedom and independence to the lives of less able people.

Luton Shopmobility is an independent voluntary organisation and registered charity which was set up in July 1991. The charity was set up to provide a daily loan service of manual or powered wheelchairs and electric scooters to Luton residents or visitors to the town, young or old, who have limited mobility to enable them to access the town centre and be as independent as possible. The service is available to those with injuries resulting from an accident or long term disability.
