We equip our members with tools, techniques & methods to build self-confidence and secure employment
The key purpose is the relief of unemployment for the public benefit in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment. We do this by providing a positive learning environment for those out of work or placed at risk of redundancy, the opportunity to Network, Share experiences and Support each other whilst gaining knowledge and advice on their journey back to work.
Why the community needs usWe deliver a community based service to support people back to work, and have two key aims, 1. support members on their journey back to work and 2. connect members to business. Working with local business', we are able to make our members aware of jobs sometimes before they are advertised to the job market and can benefit from connecting with internal former members. We suggest, to understand what M3JC means to our members, read some of their comments and testimonials on our website
Our impact on the communityWe're proud to have supported over 600 members back to work! Members attend from ~50 mile radius covering North Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey, with around half joining through word of mouth. We have an average attendance of 35 members each week. We now offer highly reduced price PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile and Change Management eLearning courses to help members reskill / upskill, attain new certification and demonstrate their investment in themselves to land their next job.
