We aim to challenge the perceptions of older people dancing. We create opportunities for older people to join in dance activities at weekly sessions, as well as holding some day workshops and occasional performance projects. Members can choose to take part in all or just some of these activities. All sessions are led by trained artists who provide gentle thorough exercise helping to maintain flexibility and stamina. We offer fun, friendship and laughter.

It is holistic, adding to the sense of well-being. Physically: maintaining mobility, strength and flexibility helps to ensure independent living. Socially: developing new friendships helps to avoid social isolation. Mentally: expressing creativity adds a spiritual dimension to life. Giving the wider community the chance to see older people in unexpected ways helps to integrate the different generations.
