A safe space for individual and group counselling. We specialise in providing weekly counselling sessions to women who've experienced trauma and gendered violence and sexual abuse, which often causes mental health issues, such as depression and increased anxiety levels. Most of the women we help have suffered from one or more of the following issues: Childhood Sexual Abuse, Sexual violence, Severe trauma, Domestic Violence, Female Genital Mutilation, Abuse in overseas war & conflict.

To help lift women out of depression or reduce their levels of anxiety through talking therapy. Enabling women to have the confidence to re- engage in healthy relationships with new partners, return to work or re-establish relationships with members of their family. Which leads to a more fulfilling way of living.
