MHFW is a registered Welsh charity, an FAW‑affiliated partner, a recognised Disability Football Club, and a founding member of the South Wales Pan‑Disability League.

MHFW began as a small peer‑support group during lockdown and has grown into a fully member‑led organisation run entirely by people with lived experience of mental ill‑health.

We take an inclusive, trauma‑informed, pan‑disability approach, creating safe spaces where people feel heard, valued and never alone.

Today, MHFW provides football‑based inclusive wellbeing activities for adults across Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot who live with mental health challenges or physical, learning, intellectual, sensory or psychological disabilities.
