We are a profit-for-purpose CIC aiming to improve the mental health well-being and resilience of the general population. We publish varied media (printed and digital) resources to promote help-seeking behaviour and enable a safe space to share lived experience stories. 

Why the community needs us
People feed less isolated in their own situation when they hear other people's stories and by giving them a space to tell their own stories in a safe way is empowering in so many ways. Connection and communication is at the heart of everything we do and we hope to inspire hope and ideas to improve their own mental health well-being to enable them to thrive.

Our impact on the community
This will be an ongoing quest to bring better communication and understanding of issues contributing to poor mental health, breaking down stigma and introducing better coping tools and support.
