To meet the needs of people in Norfolk affected by any neurological condition, by offering help, support, professional services and a range of therapies to help alleviate the effects of neurological conditions. Its community based Multi Disciplinary Team includes physiotherapists and assistants, a neurological specialist nurse, occupational therapist, counsellors, podiatrist, continence advisor and benefits advisors. A full educational programme is also available to service users.

The charity is the only organisation in Norfolk which offers such a range of services and help, supporting the services offered by health and social care.
