We work with people of all ages who need support to live a good life, including children, young people and adults with disabilities, people with ill health or age related problems, and people who generally feel lonely or isolated within their communities. My Life is about coming together as families, connecting with people, building communities where people feel like they belong, and creating meaningful opportunities today that will provide lasting friendships for tomorrow.

The charity is run by a small team of who encourage others in the community to share their knowledge, experience, skills and talents to help keep the most vulnerable people in our society healthy, safe and well.
