Our aim is to develop self-confidence for members, improve their work prospects and access to statutory services and help support positive family relationships. Next Steps offers a friendly, non-judgmental welcome to all.
Why the community needs usOur impact on the communityOur results are amazing. People have come into next steps that have suffered depression and anxiety, then have become volunteers then some onto Trustees. Through friendships, believing in people and promoting individuals strengths, people begin to blossom. People are at the heart of Next steps and through trust ,belief and encouragement people flourish. We have supported people with finding work and supported them by supplying them with a reference ,the outcomes are amazing.
Volunteers are required to help in our community cafe ,IT Suite or at our Allotments.We have lots of fun and this is a fantastic way to make new friendships.
