The aim of NICE since its inception in 1989 has been the development of good relations between communities in Northern Ireland. We are a community relations organisation, our objectives are to promote reconciliation, good relations and tolerance. We do this by providing a range of acrediated and bespoke programmes which aim to provide a variety of opportunities for young people and adults to learn respect and value all the traditions and diversity that exist in our community.

We provide opportunities for young people to explore the issues that divide them and develop relationships based on trust and understanding.

We organise programmes for over 1000 young people providing bespoke and OCN accrediated qualifications
