We promote and develop community action and enable individuals to benefit from volunteering. We provide support for individuals through volunteering, providing highly effective infrastructure support and services for voluntary sector organisations in Northampton. We help enable them to make a full contribution to society and build the capacity of people in local communities, empowering them and contributing to their sustainability.

We support communities to build the resources they need to build support from within. We enable communities to take control and build solutions to the issues that affect their lives in a negative way. We also promote and support volunteering within Northamptonshire in many different ways as you will see from our diverse range of projects all using volunteering to support vulnerable parts of the Northampton community.

Through the promotion of volunteering, we aim to improve the confidence, skills, health and well-being of the residents of Northampton. We increase support to the most vulnerable in the town by enabling more volunteer support. We are enabling communities to help themselves through the ongoing formation of community groups. We are help to build support networks for the most vulnerable people in Northampton from within the communities they live in.
