We are a non-profit making trampoline club open to all, welcoming those with special needs. We believe in helping everyone to maximise their potential and we follow the British Gymnastics Trampoline Syllabus. Those who wish to go further are encouraged to compete, domestically, regionally, nationally and internationally.Or just jump and have fun, get fit and make friends. Feel good about yourself. Share your homework or coursework with others and find solutions!

We can accomodate at least 60 people each evening. In comparison to dance, gymnastics or football, we are cheap yet offer great fun and fitness opportunities. We are open to boys and girls from 4 yrs. old to retirement and beyond. All you need to start is a pair of shorts, a T shirt and a pair of socks. Try a new activity and sport. We are open all year round,only closing for National holidays, six days per week.

Many of our members joined because they were not good at traditional sports and games, or were overweight. Having acquired skills on the trampoline, they improved muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness, and found that they were better at all school based physical education programmes. Weight is governed, and members participate in a strong social network, enhancing emotional well being as well as physical. We are also a competetive club and experience great success.
