Parkfields provides excellent, affordable facilities for people of all ages to meet, run courses and hold social events. The Centre staff and volunteers also organise regular activities for young people, hold friendly community and faith-based events, and organise meetings for health and well-being providers

Parkfields is a hub for people living in Mold, especially in the Bryn Gwalia area. Five days a week toddler or playgroups are held at the Centre, in the medium of both English and Welsh - children enjoy playing inside the Centre and the secure grounds. Young people with disabilities use the building every week, making music in the main hall. Parkfields encourages user groups which can offer specialist advice in matters relating to health, and combatting problems such as addiction

There is real buzz to Parkfields, with over 200 people a week using the Centre, for a range of activities from belly dancing classes to hearing aid drop-in sessions. It is a valuable and much loved resource in the area
