We are a group of parents providing play & recreation facilities where children/young people from the North East with disabilities/additional needs & their families can come along & have fun! The Tim lamb Childrens Centre in the Rising Sun Country Park is fully accessible with a 'Changing Place' We are currently developing a programme of play, activties, clubs & groups for children/young people from 0 - 25 years, their siblings, parents & carers A haven where the whole family can relax!

We are providing social opportunities for those who have experienced difficulties accessing community facilities with their children because their special needs are complicated & sometimes challenging We have a dream to create a unique, non judgemental environment,which alleviates stress for the whole family & where our children can express themselves safe from ridicule On our wish list is an accessible 'allotment' & some specialist bikes/trikes for older ones to ride about the park on
