People Speak Up (PSU) is a social, arts, health, mental-health, and well-being community organisation. We connect people, help them find their voice, and create healthier and resilient communities through storytelling, spoken word, creative writing, conversation-based activities, participatory arts, volunteering and training.  

Our services are free to access and open to all. We run activities to support people’s mental health, reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation from our Arts, Health and Wellbeing Hub and Community Garden in Llanelli and by taking our work into people’s homes, care homes, community spaces and online.

Mae People Speak Up (PSU) yn sefydliad cymunedol cymdeithasol, celfyddydol, iechyd, iechyd meddwl a llesiant. Rydym yn cysylltu pobl er mwyn eu helpu i ddod o hyd i’w llais, a chreu cymunedau iachach a mwy gwydn trwy chwedleua, gair ar lafar, ysgrifennu creadigol, gweithgareddau ar sail sgwrsio, celfyddydau cyfranogol,

gwirfoddoli a hyfforddiant.  

Mae ein gwasanaethau am ddim i’w defnyddio ac ar agor i bawb. Rydym yn rhedeg gweithgareddau i gefnogi iechyd meddwl pobl, lleihau’r teimlad o unigrwydd o’n Canolfan Celfyddydau, Iechyd a Llesiant a’n Gardd Gymunedol yn Llanelli a thrwy fynd â’n gwaith i gartrefi pobl, cartrefi gofal, mannau cymunedol ac ar-lein.
