We work with children and young people when someone close dies; mum or dad, brother or sister, wider family or a close friend. Our support is available when death is by any cause, expected or sudden.

Families can find this time difficult - grief doesn't always bring people closer together. Death brings change as well as grief, and families can find it hard to support children to cope.

We offer family and group support, and 1:1 support in specific circumstances - such as following a traumatic death by suicide. We also provide social time for children and young people to experience fun and laughter with peers who understand. In this way we help parent/carers to support the children in their care and support communication to help individuals reach out and share their experience. We help individuals to adopt strategies, and rebuild confidence to be able to cope in bereavement and longer-term.
