Pregnancy Crisis Care (Plymouth & SE Cornwall) is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. We offer free, confidential counselling & support for anyone facing any crisis related to a pregnancy. This includes impartial counselling for anyone facing an unintended pregnancy, bereavement counselling for baby loss (miscarriage/stillbirth/newborn death), & counselling for difficulties after abortion. PCC is open to all, regardless of faith, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or age.

Why the community needs us
Pregnancy issues can affect us directly, our families or friends we know. Providing timely, sensitive counselling and care at times of great difficulty is literally a lifeline to those in deep distress. Our service supports individuals and couples, walking alongside them as they process their emotions and grief in a safe environment. Client numbers increase each year, and local Health, Education & other services regularly refer clients to us. For client stories: https://youtu.be/0gc_mFLB

Our impact on the community
Clients are so appreciative of our support. Free, longer-term counselling is provided which helps provide vital support for those facing difficult anniversaries and dates, particularly over that first year after loss. Clients report reduced depression & anxiety levels, as well as improved self esteem, & more positive mental health & wellbeing. "Without your help I don't really know where I'd be right now. You threw me a life-jacket when I was drowning & helped me keep my head above the water."
