Kilometres for Kidneys 2023
Launching on World Kidney Day, Kilometres for Kidneys will commence on the 9th of March until the 9th of April 2023. All funds raised will be donated to the refurbishment project for the Children's Kidney Centre, Cardiff. World Kidney Day 2023 is about kidney health for all and this year, the focus is preparing for the unexpected and supporting the vulnerable.
Choose 1 Challenge:
1. 10km - complete a distance of 10km within the month time limit.
2. 10km in 10 days - take on a ten day challenge and complete1km per day for 10 consecutive days.
3. 100km - for those who want a bigger challenge! Complete a distance of 100km within the month
4. 100km in 10 days - for an extraordinary challenge, complete 10km a day for 10 consecutive days!
Registration Fee: £15 (1 person - Includes Medal and Certificate on completion of your chosen challenge) Your Welcome Pack will be sent to you by the 9th of March. This will include, Event Welcome, Bingo Card with easy challenges to complete on your run or walk, Distance Log, Training Tips and Information, Sponsor Form, and Fundraising Tips.
