We provide counselling to individuals, couples and families. We offer low cost counselling to those on benefits or with low incomes, and have a sliding scale for those who are able to afford more. Counselling of individuals can be for an 8 week short term contract, or up to 2 years open ended contract. Counselling of couples and families tends to be shorter term. Clients can self refer, or be referred by others. There is an assessment session before any counselling or therapy is offered.
