Our services and projects focus on early intervention, safe social spaces and training/employment opportunities and include counselling services, life-skills programmes, young parents project, social enterprise youth/community cafés, drugs and sexual health awareness projects and detached youth work.

1. Detatched youth work - The Youth Café Bus. 2. Counselling for young people and sexual health clinic. 3. The Detached Drugs Awareness Project. 4. Counselling and support group - RYP Young Parents Project. 5. Youth cafés - KCafé, Kneller Gardens and Heatham House.

RYP works with over 4,500 young people every year. The majority of whom come from the poorest and most deprived areas of Hampton North, Whitton, Ham, Heathfield and Castelnau and surrounding boroughs of Kingston and Hounslow. The young people who come to us for help are at risk of becoming disenfranchised from school, those who are NEET - not in education, employment and training, and others who may be engaged in anti-social behavoiur or at risk of offending.
